Elite Impact Strategies develops the next generation of leaders through youth leadership workshops, coaching, and transformational speaking that build accountability, resilience, emotional intelligence, and purpose.

Who I Am

Delvikio Faulkner is a leadership consultant, author-The Standard of Leadership, and transformational speaker whose methodology is grounded in the most credible curriculum there is — his own life.

A U.S. Army veteran who served with the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment and deployed to Bosnia, Delvikio knows the weight of discipline and the cost of abandoning it. After years of making decisions driven by unchecked emotions and the wrong mindset, he did something rare: he took full ownership, did the hard internal work, and built himself into the leader he needed to be — then committed his life to helping others do the same.

Youth Leadership Workshops

$500 - $1,500 per workshop

Interactive, high-energy sessions (90 minutes to full day) covering resilience, emotional intelligence, and accountability.

After-School Leadership Program

$2,000 - $5000 per semester, per school

Turnkey, semester- long programming integrated directly into school districts or local community centers.

Keynote Speaking

$1,500 - $3,500 per engagement

Transformational storytelling and motivational assemblies for middle schools, high schools, and youth conferences

Summer Leadership Institute

$450 per participant

An intensive 6-week summer program designed to build core leadership competencies and community service project skills.

Youth Group Coaching Cohorts

$200 per participant per month

Ongoing monthly mentorship and accountability coaching for small groups of 8-12 dedicated students.

Curriculum Licensing

$1,000 - $3,000 per annual license

Proprietary EIS leadership curriculum workshops and facilitator guides licensed to schools for internal use.

Parent & Educator Workshops

$750 - $1,500 per session

Training sessions to help adults support, communicate with, and foster leadership in the youth they serve.

Youth Leadership Coaching is designed to reach young men and women at the intersection of identity formation and decision-making — equipping them with the internal tools that create lifelong leaders.

This isn't motivational speaking. It's structured, intentional development that meets young people where they are and challenges them to rise.
