Elite Impact Strategies develops the next generation of leaders through youth leadership workshops, coaching, and transformational speaking that build accountability, resilience, emotional intelligence, and purpose.
We help young people build the discipline, confidence, emotional intelligence, and personal accountability they need to lead themselves, influence others, and create lasting impact in their schools, families, teams, and communities.
Elite Impact Strategies equips youth, parents, schools, and organizations with practical leadership development rooted in real-life transformation — not empty motivation, but tools that shape character, decision-making, and direction.
The best time to develop a leader is before the world teaches the wrong lessons.
At Elite Impact Strategies, we believe leadership is not just a title. It is how a young person thinks, responds, communicates, solves problems, handles pressure, and chooses who they will become when nobody is watching.
That is why our work is built to help the next generation grow from the inside out.
We develop young leaders who know how to:
We support schools that want more than assemblies and slogans. Our programs help students develop self-awareness, accountability, leadership presence, and better decision-making.
We work with youth programs, mentoring groups, faith-based organizations, and community initiatives that want transformational leadership development with real substance.
We help parents who want their sons and daughters to grow into grounded, disciplined, purpose-driven young leaders.
We bring practical leadership development to environments where identity, mindset, and decision-making can change the trajectory of a young person’s life.

Delvikio Faulkner is a leadership consultant, author-The Standard of Leadership, and transformational speaker whose methodology is grounded in the most credible curriculum there is — his own life.
A U.S. Army veteran who served with the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment and deployed to Bosnia, Delvikio knows the weight of discipline and the cost of abandoning it. After years of making decisions driven by unchecked emotions and the wrong mindset, he did something rare: he took full ownership, did the hard internal work, and built himself into the leader he needed to be — then committed his life to helping others do the same.
Every service is designed with one outcome in mind — developing leaders who lead with clarity, conviction, and lasting impact.

Youth Leadership Coaching
The best time to develop a leader is before the world has had a chance to teach them the wrong lessons. Youth Leadership Coaching is designed to reach young men and women at the intersection of identity formation and decision-making — equipping them with the internal tools that create lifelong leaders.
This isn't motivational speaking. It's structured, intentional development that meets young people where they are and challenges them to rise.
Ideal for: Schools, youth programs, community organizations, juvenile justice initiatives, and families investing
